Ed has over 35 years experience in construction with 98% of work on tract homes, custom homes and light commercial framing. Starting from the ground up as a journeyman carpenter apprentice, he has worked as a foreman, supervisor, and then estimator before starting his own company in 1996. Ed has built over 5,000 homes throughout the So-Cal, Inland Empire.
Susanne worked in construction accounting for 14 years for various builders. She is proficient in contracts, insurance, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and much more. Prior experience in real estate and as an appraiser assistant gave her an understanding of the housing industry and sales. She has been the office manager at Silverado Framing since 1996.
